The staff at the front desk are very cheerful and courteous. The therapist are very patient and take their time to explain the exercises to me; the entire staff are professionals at all times.
Visited Performance Ortho with back pain and was expertly diagnosed and treated. Less than 60 days later I am completely pain-free. Thank you to the staff - especially Dr Pat for Chiro and Allison for effective treatment and expert exercise regimen.
I was going to wait until I was finished with therapy to do this review, but the care has been so great that I need to say something now. The care, the team, the communication with all of the staff and doctors is excellent and rare in this day and age. Everyone has been focused on my getting better and working towards that. This is an excellent group if you want more than just your typical Physical Therapy. They use a team approach, have OT, PT, techs, doctors, chiropractors, all working together and everyone is on the same page. The office staff is the best as well.
