The nurse practitioner was patient, thorough, and considerate. She provided some options and we picked the best that would work for me and they did! However, the wait time was too long. It appeared that she was the only practitioner and the rest were support staff who seemed to be passing time. It took almost 2.5 hours for the 10 minutes i got with the nurse practitioner. It almost felt like i was in the ER department of a hospital. Other urgent care centers i have been to, took less than 30 minutes even on a weekend. The only reason i went here because my PCP is in the Atlantic Heath network. Not sure whether i will go again because of the long wait, especially difficult... read full review

Five stars for Taisha! From the moment we walked in, she made my daughter and I feel welcome and taken care of. When my daughter was nervous about a routine procedure, Taisha knew just how to handle her and got it done with minimal fuss. She was amazingly patient and knew just how to handle my kiddo. I’ve been to this location three times in three days with three kids, and Kim, Dinae, and both doctors we saw were wonderful. I’d rather not need an urgent care visit, but if I do, I’ll be back to this location.

Had to update my review... I spoke VERY highly of this urgent care in the past but a few months ago I brought my son here, as I normally do if there's a slight emergency, and THERE WERE CHAINS AND A LOCK ON THE DOOR!! ? I was so confused! Apparently they shut down but I was never notified, especially being that we were just there about a month prior. I didn't know where to go from there cuz I've only gone to Optom for the past 3 years or so. Well needless to say that I still have no clue what happened but I found a great urgent care right down the road from me so it all worked out in the end. ** I'm guessing that might be why they changed their name... read full review
