Since my last post Alba the district manager reached out to me and sincerely apologized and worked diligently to solve this issue for me and kept me updated on how they’re fixing this issue from ever happening again. She offered me a complimentary premium massage with Luba who was great. I’m updating this review from 1 star to 4, I appreciate Alba for communicating and working hard to fix this experience for me.

Always good service and always a great experience. I do the membership and do at least one facial per month. I've always had trouble skin and worse as I've gotten older. This was a smart decision for me.
My first time in 10 yrs getting this type of treatment.. I got a swedish massage....the mood in the room is extremely peaceful and calming the bench and blankets are heated ..The masseuse Ms.Minnie is a kind and gentle soul that makes the 1 hr session worth it ... I'm now a member...see you next month ?
