After struggling with several symptoms for months, someone suggested that I try Acupunture. After one visit with Cara I felt immediate relief and a calm that I haven’t felt in years. I can’t recommend her practice enough!
Walking into Bergen Valley Acupuncture you immediately feel so calm and at peace. Cara is so sweet, gentle, and does not rush. As a new-ish patient of acupuncture, she addressed all of my questions putting my mind at ease. It's been a wonderful experience and a monthly add to my wellness routine! I'm looking forward to trying the ear seeds next. I've heard such great things!
