One stop for multiple disciplines is a great concept, but Cooper has the most inefficient scheduling ever. Dialing into a main 800 number for all Cooper physicians results in lengthy calls each and every time we try to make an appointment. Then if you reach out online, you dont hear back for days. Has to be a better way...oh yes, its called urgent care centers! This is why I rarely, if ever, deal with Cooper. As my child has a chronic situation, sadly, I am stuck dealing with them for that solely, but I will continue to do my best to avoid using Cooper because of these highly frustrating sessions when simply trying to get through to a live person, then make an appointment.... read full review

Love that Cooper facilities are grouped together. This location has a surgical center, lab services, drs offices. There is a Subway and a pizza place in the same parking lot. The surgical center has a nice courtyard type (indoor) seating area with a refreshment stand that sells snacks to drinks and sandwiches. Comfortable place to wait while someone has a procedure.

I have been to the Cooper Voorhees Surgery Center 5 times in the last 2 years! I never wait to check in or go back, the ENTIRE staff is simply excellent. They even have a quick painless numbing shot before they insert your IV line, never have I ever had this done anywhere else, including Cooper Camden Hospital, the quality of patient care is outstanding!
