I should be told that at a 9:45am appt the Dr doesn’t come in until 11am. It is ridiculous to wait that long.

I was asked what am I being seen for in lobby. What happened to HIPPA? Mind You the I put in the system I was on the way and what the reason was. I was so annoyed.

Literally the only one in the waiting room and one person being treated still sat for about 1/2 hour before being seen

After waiting for 2 hours to be seen, I presented with rash covering my entire torso, severe cold (which all started at the same time), fever off and on. No flu or covid tests done. And no strep test done...if they would have checked my throat and done a strep test it would have save me almost a week of misery and realized I indeed had strep throat and the rash that goes with it. Instead they said I had a viral cold and a fungal infection, which is treated completely different.

My husband fell on our vacation and damaged his face. We went to Optum Care on Delsea Drive in Vineland, and he was well taken care of. Everhyone we interacted with there was professional. The person doing the intake was efficient and friendly. He was seen by PA Zachary Sakena who was very helpful in assuring us that the wounds did not look like they were infected and prescribing medication to help them heal. We were very pleased with the help we received.
