I was in and out very fast. Everyone I encountered was extremely kind. The dr was quick but thorough and great at explaining everything. I would definitely come back to this urgent care in the future!
Came in 3 minutes prior to their closing with a legitimate emergency with my son (after being turned away from Inspire because I was there at 7:42, and they close at 7:45…the “nurse” at the front desk said “oh that looks bad, but we’re not seeing anymore patients. Highly recommend avoiding them). Heavyn at the front desk was more than happy to help, and Dr Brandon Papeika was phenomenal with my son, thorough with his treatment, and gave him medication immediately for the swelling in his jaw, face & neck. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and willing to treat us, even through it was close to their closing time.
Very friendly, kind, understanding and respectable, took their time to explain everything 2 or even 3 times and answered all my questions and concerns I had and treated me properly, treated me as an equal, not like they were better than me but rather we are ask humans on this earth together which is rare now a days. I appreciate everyone that treated me that day with the health and mental state I was in that day. I was really scared, upset, worried, in shock and they all took their time to tell me step by step everything that was going on in English form, not doctor form with long doctor explanations lol!
