Went in with minutes to spare to closing. Front desk took me right away although I am sure they were not happy about it. If it wasn't for my 9 year old in pain I wouldn't of tried to go. They were friendly and took us in with a smile.
I just want to Thank both Inspira and the kind staff. I am a disabled veteran and not many Urgent Care accept Veteran insurance without making the veteran pay the difference. I Thank Inspira for that. And to the friendly, kind, hard working, professional staff you guys are Amazing!!! As a “walk-in” I was in and out in a hour and half. Everything about this experience was great. To the young lady who did my intake, the beautiful woman who handled the billing, and NP Lisa who handle my care. And Kay the knowledgeable friendly nurse. You guys are all and amaZing!!!!!
My daughter was treated really well. The PA (Jenn, I believe), was very helpful and the nurses did a great job to make her feel comfortable and confident in their care. All paperwork was thorough.
