I showed up around 11:45 and was seen in an hour but to be fair there was about 12 maybe 15 people ahead of me some simple things other but I was also in and out as soon as I was seen great service super friendly

Front desk staff are not friendly at all, They give you the impression that they don’t want to be there right from the beginning of your visit, The nurses are very friendly,polite and professional. The 2nd Doctor I seen PA-C Terrell Collins was very Very polite Professional and listened to my questions and answered them, gave me recommendations on what I needed to do to get better… she gets 5stars👍

Slower than molasses on a cold winter day. Not thorough at all. Misdiagnosed my symptoms twice. Each time I'm waiting in lobby for hours and then waiting in room for hours. I will never come back here. Completely incompetent staff. No communication on delays or anything. Absolutely horrendous experiences. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I would highly recommend this urgent care. We have come here multiple times and it has always been a good experience. The staff and doctors are all knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and the wait times have been short (less than 15 minutes). They're usually not that busy. Once I came in near closing time with an urgent issue and they graciously took me in anyway. Another time the doctor walked with an elderly relative all the way out to our car in the rain, going above and beyond what we'd expected. Very caring and compassionate. There is an occupational therapy center that shares the waiting room (they are on the left side, urgent care on the right), so those clients are seen separately from the urgent care. It can be confusing if you don't realize this, because the OT clients are often in and out quickly, possibly just getting paperwork done or whatever. (Additional indoor signage might be helpful to differentiate between the two businesses though.)

This urgent care is very slow, no privacy during check in, everyone in the waiting room can hear what you are there for, UTI, PPD Cough, Back hurting. Patient walked in 20 mins after me and a family member , got called back before us. I ask front desk why are patients going back before us, she gonna say he just needed his PPD reading. Why did she tell me out loud what that patient was there for(HIPPA).Staff having multiple conversations behind the front desk, that has nothing to do with work, wait time is over 2 hours, The girls up front laughing about the Pollyanna gift exchange cause she was give A bottle of Liquor Pinnacle whip. The other girl walks up and pulls the Liquor out the gift bag and said she was gonna mix it with Ginger ale and call it a Creamsicle. Do better.

Absolutely pathetic business. Waited in line outside for 20 minutes, just to get in the door and be told they don’t do DOT medical cards, because there’s no doctor or nurse practitioners on site. I was under the impression that is literally the core function of urgent care is to provide work related services.

The wait times are increasing. We got to the location at 1pm at 3:03 we were still waiting in the waiting room for sports physical paperwork. They raised the rate from 25 to 50 and would not take our insurance. Someone needs to speed up the waiting time. The two hour waiting room wait did not include the long wait in the room. Every time I go to the urgent care the doctors are sitting at the desk and not in patients rooms.

I went here today for shoulder pain after an injury at home. Dr. Delice ordered an Xray and prescribed an anti- inflammatory, steroid and muscle relaxer. I am feeling so much better after just a few hours. Thank you Dr. Delice and your team. Everyone exceeded my expectations. Total time: 1-1/2 hours. 5/5 ⭐️

The woman in the front are sooooo rude and when you ask how long is the wait they just say go and sit down I was waiting for hours this is ridiculous I will never ever come here if I could do negative stars I would
