We had a clogged gutter pipe underground, and my regular plumber didn't have the right equipment for the job. He recommended Bugsy who showed up same day. He was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a thoughtful solution. Bugsy was professional and gave us great advice. I would certainly recommend his work to friends and family.

We had an issue where we could only run one drain at a time (shower, laundry, or dishwasher) without causing the drains to back up in the older home we just bought. Our regular plumber got minor improvement but it was short lived and flooding issues came back. He recommended Bugsy. Bugsy was extremely professional, polite, responsive, and reasonable. The improvement we saw in the drain was incredible. The utility sink used to fill up due to the surge of water. It now free flows right through without holding any water.
