Called yesterday for an appointment to fix my leaking refrigerator. Frank came by today and immediately diagnosed the problem and began work to resolve it. We were also having an issue with our ice maker; he did some work on it and said if what he did doesn't fix it, we would need to replace it. This was honest - he could have told me it needed to be replaced and I wouldn't know any better. He was very informative and detailed in his explanation of the issue. I would definitely recommend JR Refrigeration to fix any issues with appliances.
I'm very satisfied with the service provided by this company. The technician Frank came in was very professional and demonstrated a lot of knowledge in his area.
In the end he determined that the stove had to be replaced for safety.

Highly recommended! Frank was super professional and nice. He called me to coordinate time of service several times, and was very patient with my questions. Fixed everything quickly and left the workspace clean.
