Let’s start by saying that éducation and customer service passée a long distance from this place . Looking for a product for my business called “rib relay “ I called this place , 20 years in the field I had never had to describe what that was , in this case the lady argu that I didn’t know what I was talking about ( even after I Sayd that RIB is the brand and ribu1c is the type of relay) she processed to acuse me in a loud voice and rudeness that I had googled it and I had no info or knowledge about the product . You need to shut down the doors or get some ppl that understands about the business , be polite and more helpfull on the phone . Very aggressive and disrespectful She was right tho better to go on google and order it , instead of supporting small business .

I needed an electrician to come to my condo quickly. They came the following morning after I called at 7AM and fixed my issue. The price was fair and the tech was very professional and courteous. Thank you

I had these people come to my mom's place to give us a quote regarding electrical work. The technician was very nice but didn't get back to me for 4 days (we had time limitations and he had told me he will give me itemized quote). After 4 days, I called the office and this woman who might be the secretary picked up the phone and gave me a quote and stated "all furniture must be removed by you!!" I asked her nicely I don't understand which furniture, can you explain me and give me more detail about the quote. SHE WAS THE RUDEST CUSTOMER CARE WOMAN I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO! She screamed at me saying "you don't wanna do it our way, go somewhere else!" Yes, of course I will never ever have any business with rude people like you! I will pay more to anyone who is nice and do their job correctly!

I brought 2 old bar lamps and signs from the 1940's to be repaired. I'm amazed at the quality of workmanship along with how courteously I was treated. Five stars for sure!Service: Light fixture repair
