Platinum Signature Suites is a restaurant that also houses a salon, with stylists providing great service. The new location has a main salon that is smaller than the previous one, with a check-in/check-out station near the entrance, which can cause a backup and hinder workflow. The salon has an island of 8 stations close together, making it crowded when all are occupied. However, other stations have more space and are more comfortable. Some stylists may have to work in a suboptimal space, but the reviewer will continue to patronize the business due to their love for their stylist. I recommend the stylists, the new location not so much. The main salon is smaller than the previous location. The check in/check out station is right at the door and resembles a hostess stand at a restaurant. When check out is backed up, people stand in line and get in the way of work flow, especially since there is a station right there near the entrance. In the center of the room, there is an island of 8 stations, 4 on each side. These stations are very close to one another. If all 4 stations on one side are being occupied, the stylists crowded together and there isn’t much room to move around. Plus, for color services, there would be a portable table taking up additional space. I’m envisioning a nightmare situation where the stylists accidentally collide and ruin someone’s haircut. In contrast, the other stations in the salon have several feet of separation between them and are more comfortable for the stylist and the customer. I fell bad for the stylists that choose to not have a suite because they are forced to work in a space with suboptimal design. I will continue to patronize the business since I love my stylist, but I’m not in love with the new salon.

Beautiful suites, great location in the middle of everything. A perfect idea for any stylist, or talented person looking to be their own boss with their own suite. They have a reception area when you walk in, a coffee area, washer and dryer. I came in for a service with a suite owner and this is such a great idea
