I wish I knew what kind of work these guys actually do, but after six months of trying to get someone to come by and do some water tank maintenance, all I've ever gotten are scheduling delays and excuses as to why I have to wait until next week, then next month, ad nauseam -- and that's even when I can get someone on the phone, because the majority of the time I only get voicemail and no return call. I don't understand it because I already agreed to pay their asking price and I've always been congenial and patient -- but my patience after six months is gone and I'm disgusted with this run-around and waste of my time.
