Bauer installed an on-demand emergency generator for us and the nicest sound when we had an outage at midnight on a stormy night was that generator cranking up. Every step of the way Julia made sure things were done right and we understood everything that was going on. The work was completed on schedule and the site was left neat. If I could give them/her more stars I would.

Had my Generac generator stop working today when our power went out. They were very responsive and set an appointment for the next day. When I called back and explained that I had no power and the estimated time to restore was in two day they sent a technician out in 30 minutes. Highly reccomend!
