The shop provides a great atmosphere, with old-school and new-school services such as kid's cuts, senior cuts, color for grays, fades, and designs for all ages. It is the best barbershop in Toms River with an extremely relaxed and welcoming vibe. The barbers are really cool and provide great conversation. Ask for Berto if you want a clean skin fade, as his attention to detail is amazing. Anthony's thoroughness is also above and beyond. It is a great shop with great people, offering the best haircut. Everyone is very friendly and pays attention to detail.
Zebulun has been my spot to get a haircut for the past decade and I have never gotten a bad cut. The staff is super friendly and my main barber is Jamaal. He is a super personable person and enjoys what he does a lot. Every time I go in I have an amazing experience and they have made a customer for life out of me. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that enjoys a super clean haircut and a great experience to go along with it.

Took my son for his very first haircut with Anthony at Zebulun’s Barber — and it was absolutely incredible! Anthony made the whole experience so comfortable and stress-free, not just for Wade but for me too. He was patient, gentle, and really made it special. Wade left smiling (and looking so handsome)! Couldn’t have asked for a better first haircut experience. Highly recommend Anthony to any parent looking for someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing. We’ll definitely be back!
