The pricing was comparable if not slightly above area competitors, and they were also not immediately available -- which I took to be a good sign. Installing what we ultimately chose as a replacement option turned out to be very complicated, and all the technicians involved were knowledgeable, quick-thinking and courteous. The service technician, Fran, diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered and replaced a circuit board to get my system up and running with minimum downtime and expense. A less competent tech would have probably recommended replacing the entire outside unit but my experience with Point Bay has always been that their technicians are very skilled and professional.
