Every class at Yoga Bohemia has been terrific! They offer an array of classes including Aerial, Ashtanga, Slow Flow, Restorative, Yin, or Vibrant Vinyasa (taught by the beloved and amazing co-founder and owner, Katie Ribsam). Yoga Bohemia is also so much more than yoga- they have a fantastic Wellness Room where you can get a great massage, a boutique with fair trade and local items, fun events throughout the year, and even beach and stand-up paddle board yoga! Visited today as a “walk in”. However I booked online last night. Glad I got there early as the place fills quickly. Understandable. The space is lovely and so are the vibes. Beautiful way to start your day at LBI
Kelly, Stephanie and Betty highly recommend Yoga Bohemia. We had an amazing time as Katie led us thru our yoga practice on a stand up paddle boards! Katie is very knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. One of us was never on a paddle board! And all of us had special experience, because of Katie's explicit directions, kindness and encouragement.
