Classic Plus Nails

I went to this nail salon about three hours ago my nail service was amazing ! Let me just start by saying that. The woman who did my nails remember my name and addressed me as such fo the whole service. She then asked if I wanted my eye brows done. Now i should have listened to my inner self and said “No thanks” I usually do them myself. My eye brows are horrible i had shape when I went in there but GLORIA royally messes me up today. If you aren't confident in your brow waxing game why do it !!! I rather you tell me I'm sorry I'm not comfortable doing this service than to let me walk out of the salon looking a mess!

I've been going to this place semi-regularly for years, and have always had a good experience. I've gone to a number of nail places in the area, and this is definitely my favorite. I've never felt rushed, honestly I've only experienced the opposite. All the manicurists are good, and if you're lucky enough to get the owner she really takes her time and goes the extra mile. I love there pedicures too, they feel good and are so relaxing. When I make an appointment, I've never had to wait. When I walk in, sometimes I have to wait but never too long.

I have never felt so rushed in my life at a manicure before. I'm so glad it was a gift and I didn't have to actually pay for the snarky comments, rude behavior and rushed attitude. They refused service to one of my friends and began cleaning the salon half way through the manicure. The one woman made my friend bleed twice. It was half hearted and I will not return. Good luck.
