I've visited a few Hand & Stone locations. But out of all the ones I've been to, this one in Spring Lake is the nicest. From the moment I went in till the moment I left, the service was excellent. The esthetician Dana was incredible. In addition to giving you the best options, she provided a facial massage, which I had never received from a facial previously. In addition, Caroline gave me a membership offer at the end and assured me that I would gain a lot from it. Since she was so kind and helpful in explaining the membership, I had to accept her offer. My experience with massages here has varied so I highly recommend getting a recommendation for who to use and don’t just choose any provider. Joan gave a great medium/firm massage and was very personable. Amy was a super friendly, knowledgeable esthetician, and gave a great facial.I have had very positive experiences with the front desk and with management.**It is HARD to get an appt for massages but if you book it in advance you can always change it.**
