I see a lot of complaints about the staff, but everyone I encountered was excellent.
It’s the other patrons that are a nightmare to deal with.
Things could be improved if you banned carts from being allowed in the aisles where the bins are. They take up too much room in a tight space, they smash into people - and are often used that way deliberately.
When its good its good, just be patient and make sure to inspect EVERY item before checkout for stains/tears/holes etc. Stock is a mixed bag but that's part of the fun- it's like a treasure hunt. Although I have noticed lately they have a lot more stock from the actual goodwill stores that didn't sell there (with the tag on). The staff makes sure everything runs smoothly, just follow the rules and you'll be ok. I think with the volume of people that come here they need to stop allowing carts on the salesfloor. It makes it so hard to get around/through the bins and someone ran over my foot.Also with the craziness I don't think its a place for children

Fun place to shop, I’ve found a lot of good brands here. The setup is well managed and the bins are swapped out frequently.
Only downside are the other shoppers, they’re like vultures when the new bins come out. I’m a 5’0 girl and have been physically pushed apart from my dad by a grown man just to dig through shoes. I wish the staff would crack down on this behavior, they warn you to respect people next to you but it doesn’t seem to be enforced.
