All the staff here are fantastic! We've been coming in for about 10 years with four cats and a dog and all have had amazing treatment. Dr. T and the whole team has helped our cats: first with brain cancer, the second with an intestinal blockage and hyperthyroidism, third's weightloss, and fourth's hysteria/aggression at every office visit. My pets have been long time patients of Dr Tokiwa and others on his staff. Dr T knows I ask pertinent questions and these are always met with intelligent and thoughtful responses. He takes his time , meets and greets my dog before an exam , is always compassionate ,professional and most important ,accurate in his diagnosis and treatment plans. If he isn't 100% sure , he will research and call specialists without hesitation. This is the sign of an excellent doctor.
