I called before arriving and the receptionist told me it wasn't busy. I live 2 minutes up the road so I know a handful of people didn't show up within that time. The receptionist was rude to anyone that walked in and I waited over an hour and a half before leaving. She had this I didn't care about being here attitude I don't even think I was close to being seen. Go anywhere else

I checked in online and still had to wait about 1.5 hours to see a provider. the provider was exceptionally clueless and seemingly unprofessional. long wait times after having to step out "for a quick second" to gather his supplies. no follow up on prescription he said he'd write for me. so now I'm left prescriptionless as this was not documented in my after visit summary. front desk reception unreliable to call and left on ring for 10 mins

Came here on a Sunday for a cough. Check in was fine. The dr or what ever he was who examined me was not good. After checking my throat he saw mucus and then proceeded to go on a tangent about acid reflux and hernias. Absolutely terrible examination. Wont be going back. 2 stars because i was in and out.

What a wonderful experience! Can’t say enough good things about Inspira Urgent Care in Washington Township on Egg Harbor Road!!! Everyone from the receptionist, nurse, doctor and X-ray tech were professional and extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I give them a 5/5 hands down! My visit today was the best medical experience in my life time!! Best of all, I left feeling so much better with piece of mind and an action plan to treat my symptoms! I can’t thank the staff enough!!

Overall, the facility is okay! First of all, the nurse and the provider were EXCELLENT!!!! Extremely attentive and helpful!!! And, that was the primary goal for going to Urgent Care. However, the office manager/check-in contact left a rather bad impression with me. Maybe it was a bad day for her; nevertheless, she could have been a little more polite. Her questions and responses were delivered in a curt and arrogant manner. The other woman working with her was not much better. I would imagine that Inspira would hope and expect that employees working their check-in areas act a little bit better than what I mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Absolute worst urgent care I've ever been too! Attempted to get a covid test and dealt with two extremely rude receptionist then proceeded to wait an over an hour to get a rapid test while they took multiple patients who arrived way after me. ZERO CARE WHAT SO EVER THAT I WAS THERE WAY BEFORE THEM. Had to end up walking out which again no one cared about. Never in a million years going make here n I wouldn't suggest anyone else do either.

Most excellent experience. Cut my head on a rusty piece of metal while working in the basement. Paperwork processed in under 10 minutes. Almost immediately screened by nurse (vitals, initial exam). 10 minutes later the doctor arrives. 1 minute later, nurse arrives with tetanus booster shot and then I'm free and clear and heading home. Super awesome experience. Super clean facilities, super professional staff. This place rocks! Inspira in general is firing on all cylinders. Second 5 star experience.

Didn't even get acknowledged yet because the front desk lady thinks it's more important to make phone calls then to deal with sick customers in the waiting room. Do not go here if you want to be helped.
