First time Patient at this office! Hygienist named Jeanne took care of me. The entire time Jeanne was talking to me like I was family. She kept on answering all my curious questions about my procedures without any hesitation! She is a wonderful nice person.
After my procedure was over, Dr. Abdelsayed examined my teeth. During the process he asked me several questions concerning why I chose this practice, to what I was looking for during my visits, and etc. This was the first time at a Dentist practice that the Dr. asked me genuine questions about my needs. I’ve been going to Platinum Dental now for almost a year & I have nothing but great things to say! The office staff is lovely, the hygienist was very thorough, and the dentist explained everything & was very nice. I’m really glad I chose their office! I will absolutely be referring family and friends there!
