Everything was explained clearly and respectfully, without being talked down to. The roof looks great, and the entire process felt controlled, professional, and competent.

Magic Improvement Inc did an excellent job on my roof. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally. They explained the process clearly, showed up on time, and completed the work efficiently. These guys used to work under the name Dream homes construction LLC at the same address at the same phone number. In 2022 they repaired my front porch and built a brick surround for my mailbox. The work was absolutely unbelievably bad. I asked them to come back and fix it, and they came back. It was just as bad when they left as when they got here. They also left wet cement running down my brand new asphalt paved driveway that stained it. I had to pay someone to power wash it.
The pad at the top of my steps is crumbling, the length of the steps that they installed were all different and uneven on the ends, the cement between the bricks were supposed to match the cement that was already there, it was a completely different color, They left cement running down the bricks and now all the bricks look like they've been white washed and it would not power wash off. The concrete on my pad is absolutely falling apart and they refused to honor their five year warranty. They've even changed their company name because their reviews were so bad and their work is so bad that they have to change their name in order to stay in business.Dream Homes LLC and magic improvement Inc. are the same company owned by the same guy named Ray. He is a foreign con artist. Barely speaks English, but knows how to cash your check and how to tell you to go to hell when you ask him to fix what he did wrong or give you money back. This is not a company you want to do business with.
They could give you a 20 year warranty in writing, but they're not going to honor it. Two years after doing the work at my house they refused to honor the five-year warranty, refused to fix the problem, and refuse to give me any money back.

Do not use this company unless you enjoy being swindled! My parents who are senior citizens on a fixed income hired them for repairs on a leaking chimney. Their quote was the best my parents had received. Once they came in to start the work my parents were told the chimney couldn't be repaired but needed a complete replacement at a cost of $30k! They pressured my parents to make an immediate decision and in a panic my parents agreed. The work was completed but fast forward to the next rain storm and the leak that should have been repaired was back. Now they came back and told my parents they need a new roof. Thankfully we have a roofer in the family and my parents said no. When our family roofer came to survey the roof he showed my parents pictures of the shingles this Company had ripped off to assure a new leak. The owner of this company should rightfully be sued but my mother has opted not to push the issue at this point but I'm hoping to change her mind. Everyone beware!
