Absolutely not trustworthy, very unprofessional, and didn't complete job. I saw add in The Observer for handyman. I called for estimate on my rental house. He have me verbal quote and then later said he underestimated the sheetrock. Not a problem for me. He requested cash payment. Not a problem. My tenant complained he didn't put tarps down over the carpet when he ripped the old ceiling down. To me, tarps to protect carpet is a no brainier. He agreed to steam clean the carpet upon completion. He called Friday saying job is complete to come and pay him. I went there and he mentioned he still had more sanding to do and return on Saturday to finish up and steam clean rug....read full review
