It has been 5 years since my last eye exam. I made an appointment and was taken at my appointed time.The doctor, the technician and Mina who helped me with my selection of glasses and options for sun and glare were phenomenal. I would highly recommend! A wonderful experience!

I'm from Montreal and broke my glasses. Walked into this store, and they were incredibly helpful. Mina, the person I met could not have been more friendly and helpful. I did not purchase my glasses there, but she treated me like royalty. She repaired my glasses, a missing screw and when I asked how much she said, there was no charge. Have a nice day. What an incredible experience. I noticed while there how they went above and beyond to help anyone who came through the door. Everyone should be so lucky to deal with this business, team. The rio grande location went beyond my expectations! Dr Frinkle is the sweetest Dr and all the employees were just so friendly and nice. Even gave my kids colors and paper to keep them busy as we waited. The genuine kindness of Shawna was heartwarming. We werent just another paying customer, we were treated so well.
