We are from Pennsylvania and were in town for a wedding and had some down time so we decided to get facials. Unfortunately the person who does facials was not in so we decided on a couples massage and I'm glad we did! The establishment has a clean and very relaxing vibe with soft music and natural noises playing in the background. The ladies who gave us massages were absolutely AMAZING. They made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. We even had some light conversations that made the experience even more enjoyable. I promise their hands are magic! Everything was also reasonably priced. This is definitely a hidden gem!

I have chronic neck and back tightness and pain. This past Tuesday, I went back to the New Cozy Spa, but this time "Hanna" was my masseuse. I could not be happier as Hanna first asked if I wanted a medium or strong massage. I always need a strong massage to get the knots in my muscles to relax. Hanna is extremely good at what she does with her fingers, knuckles, elbows and knees. I was so happy with Hanna's massage that afterwards, I asked for the manager just to make them aware of how good Hanna is at providing a great massage!

Because of joint pain, I have a hard time scrubbing my back, and have long been wishing for a Korean salt scrub. I thought they only existed in NYC, so I was really excited to find Cozy Spa. Found out they are new to the area, only moved here from Manhattan last year. The scrub did not disappoint! Preceded and followed by sauna time, the scrub was thorough and invigorating. The technicians are excellent and knowledgeable, the rooms comfortable, fresh, and clean. Soothing lighting during the massage, which followed the scrub (due to my joint issue, I upgraded to Heaven... I mean, CBD oil). Looking forward to my next visit.
