I’ve been going to Cristina, master designer, for years. She’s great! If only this salon would pickup the phone or have a voicemail to leave a message and have call returned. My appointment that I booked online was almost canceled due to not being able to confirm the appointment with Cristina via phone. This has been going on for me for years. I don’t know if I’m the only one this is happening to, but, no other person has mentioned it in her/his review. Please do something about the phones. I’ve never had this problem. There used to always be somebody picking up the phone like a professional business.
Aside from a hiccup on their website, it really didn't matter. It was Tuesday morning. They took me in as a walk-in, I had a great experience, friendly service, nothing at all the complain about
My visit was a walk-in haircut. I was treated like a long-term customer from the first “hello”. I was in the chair in 5 minutes or less, got the finest haircut I can remember, and made my next appointment for 3 weeks from now. I highly recommend Hair Cuttery in the Shops at Windsor Green!!
