Would not recommend. Came and did not want to do the work and I had the part for my washer. He made some excuse saying to call manufacturer that it was covered under warranty. He could have told me that over the phone as I told him exactly what was wrong and what the error codes were. I just felt like he did not want to work. He charged me $200 to do nothing for my washer when I had the part and it was a simple repair---corroborated by the next guy who did fix it and it was exactly what I thought--what I had the part for and what was told on the phone to Bobby. He did change out a small piece in my range that I had the part for that took 15 minutes. I am really busy but I took the time to write this review because I feel he ripped me off and I actually should not have paid him the $200. The next guy that came out was excellent, world of difference. I am just writing this because he should have charged me maybe $100 for that small oven part but that was just a cosmetic thing and not the thing I called him for. He was also no help in some minor issue with my fridge I asked him about--this is not the guy who actually cares about helping you--he just wants to do nothing and charge you. Also, he had quoted me either $150 or $160 over the phone to change out that washer part and did not even do it when he got here for no reason I have a lot of experience with trades as I built a house and also have rental properties for decades--trust me--not the guy you want. I thought about asking for a partial refund but I rather save someone else the disappointment and write this review and write him off.

My dishwasher was broken (not filling up with water). I called Bobby. When he arrived he got right to the problem and fixed it. He explained everything he did as he did the repairs. I basically got a tutorial from him in the event the problem reoccurs. He answered all my questions and then some. He was cordial, professional and informative. I believe he was fair in his pricing. He lived up to all the positive reviews I read about him.

Bake igniter went out on our oven. Bobby showed up next day and on time. Fixed the issue right away. He was super friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Bobby! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Had a 10 AM appointment this morn, 5 days after calling. When Bobby didn't show up I texted him. He called and said he didn't want to do the job, without even seeing it. That would've been nice to know when we made the appointment. He called himself stupid for taking on as many clients as possible, and not being able to service them properly. Thanks for nothing!

Went to a Facebook group I’m a part of to see who can come out to look at my mom’s refrigerator, as I go by references and not someone random. Told my friend that Bobby was coming to look at the refrigerator and she even said he was going to be great as well as very educational in his responses. This appointment was nothing short of everything I was hearing. Bobby was very pleasant, very educational, very transparent, helped with next step by step of what we should do, and was reasonable on the price he charged to come out. I’m so thankful for his help and although we don’t want to have to have another specialist come anytime soon, if we do need one there is no one else I’m calling but Bobby.

Bobby's knowledge and his ability to help customers quickly is more superior than anyone I have ever used. You may find technician that will help you once, but Bobby educates you and will help you learn to fix a problem. I trust his service and will look for his number next time my appliances do not work. A+ on every level and extremely fair!
