Tracy Dixon at the Pleasantville location is lacking any people skills whatsoever. She's rude and lacks compassion. The way she speaks to patients should not be tolerated. I witnessed her speak to other patients with the most condescending responses I've ever heard in a doctors office setting. Who hired this idiot?
I am constantly grateful to the doctors and staff at the institution for their unwavering efficiency, politeness, inquiry, and helpfulness in establishing a warm and encouraging environment.
These ppl never answer , took me always over a hour for them to answer ? and let's not forget about the waiting time smh hours ? the worst. Only pick one ? so I can write this review. What yall really doing over there 13 years with these ppl and they getting worse and worse. Please just close down already, wasting ppl time.
