Chris and assistant arrived in reasonable time after phone message that they were on their way. He explained what would be done, got to work, and when they completed the job invited me to check out their work and answered questions. Everything looked fine … and they even cleaned the work areas. Better yet? Both men were friendly and polite. And yes both workers wore the shoe coverings at all times entering and in the house.
My appointment was only for an estimate so far but, as of now this has been a 10/10. Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and even a bunch outside of his scope of work, which I definitely appreciated. He was patient and broke down the different costs and options clearly in layman’s terms and was not pushy in any way. I will update this after they complete their work, which should be stellar if the same quality continues.
Elli and his team showed up on time, worked hard all day to get our service upgraded. The work was well done and everything explained and cleaned up at the end of day.
