I was looking for a salon that installed microlinks and a salon nearby told me Bella’s can do. Was easy to book appointment and everyone was polite and professional.. I just highly advise NOT TO GET THIS SERVICE THERE! They were installed too close to the scalp and she barely used any hair. Prior to leaving someone name ‘’Yadi’ offered to fix it for free if I wasn’t happy. I paid and called in 2 days because it was literally falling out everywhere I went .. large strands of the installed hair. Upon trying to make the appointment- they could only offer almost 2 weeks away. Which for me was unacceptable at this point. So I requested a partial refund and that was refused. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING

(Note: I had no problems with the ladies, much respect for them. Just very unpleased, as you can see in my face haha. ?) First thing they’re too rough on the wash with my kind of hair (or anyone at that) even tho I said “suave” (slow in Spanish).
The first photos were my reference. She asked me if I had a photo and I gladly showed her (she barely looked). She also asked me how short I wanted it. I got my length. GREAT. They trimmed my ends pretty well and I got the “ V “ shape that I wanted.
They did the hairstyle FIRST then told me it’s not sitting right AFTER realizing my hair is very fine and thin. My Spanish isn’t too well but I can understand a bit. I over heard one say “don’t cut too much off” then the older woman and the lady doing my hair both said “it’s already cut”. They BOTH knew they chopped off too much but didn’t care to fix it. I told her I felt like I look like a boy and all she said was she likes it. (Lazy in my opinion)
I’m too kind and won’t speak up when needed and even tipped them 10$. Probably shouldn’t have.
Was my first, and definitely my last time coming here ?? Put too much trust in the hair stylist to not give you what you pay for. Also my man called to let them know I was dissatisfied and they said “ are you talking?” Just being unprofessional & childish.

My hair looked beautiful before and then I decided to get a balayage there and they decided to put brown/black box dye over my hair and then bleach it to the point that my ends were so fried they tried to trim it off but it was so damaged. It went up the shaft of my hair, so I had to cut even more to get rid of the damage. This was about two years ago and I’ve never went back! If you have curly hair, do not go here, they will fry your hair offffff
