Cleaned several heirloom oriental rugs and the difference before and after was amazing. They are open and honest about both the process and the costs.
We had a rug that was machine made that had a lot of sentimental value. Robert told us it wasn’t worth the money to completely restore, but found a solution that cleaned and restored it enough to continue to use it. Truly balanced his services with our needs.
Will be going back the next time the rugs need something. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Used to clean several quality oriental carpets. Robert explained all the options, the timing, and was up front about costs. Restored a rug that had been neglected to its former glory. The difference before and after was shocking!
To top it off, took in a 27 yo machine made rug that has sentimental value. Robert was open and honest that the rug wasn’t worth the money to invest in it. He offered several options that allowed us to clean it and do simple repairs to give it more life. He could have pitched a full package, but he didn’t.
