Went to a pool party there and the lifeguard did not have a whiste... he sat on his phone the whole time and didnt help the host w the craziness of the party

As someone who regularly uses the gym, indoor pool, and jacuzzi, I can say that I am very satisfied. The gym area is well-organized and hygienic, and the equipment is in great condition. The indoor pool stands out with its cleanliness and calm atmosphere, making it very enjoyable to swim. The jacuzzi is perfect for relieving stress after a long day. Overall, the place has a peaceful environment and being away from noise is a big plus. The staff are also very polite, helpful, and always supportive.

My son had his 5th party there and it was the best party he’s ever had. Anna and Joanne were phenomenal, they helped make everything run so smoothly and were the most attentive hosts. All the facilities were super clean and the screens and lights made everything more special.
We got lucky that the party before us cancelled and were able to set-up a little earlier. My only advice is that 30 minute set up isn’t enough when you are like me and really want to decorate, but we lucked out that we were able to arrive early.

The hot tub area was filled with children under age 16. I informed the guy that was working there and he said he told them they weren't allowed to be in there and they just ignored him. That's insane. You should not have children in there that aren't supposed to be in there. This place is going down hill. It's always filled with a bunch of little kids

I was in town for business and came to the gym every morning. Clean space, good machines, nice layout. Joann was very friendly and helpful too. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful staff at club Envy. Manager Anna was with us every step of the way while planning my daughter's party. The set up was easy and fun. We had plenty of swim time and all guests thoroughly enjoyed the party!

Jaan was incredibly helpful during my visit to the pool party venue. He provided a thorough tour of the facilities, including the swimming pool, and explained all the rules and regulations clearly. Despite being on his lunch break, he kindly took the time to assist me and ensure I had all the information I needed. His friendly and informative manner made me feel at ease, and I left feeling confident in my decision to book the venue for my party. I can’t thank Jaan enough for his exceptional service and would highly recommend him to anyone planning an event. He truly goes above and beyond to help his customers.
