Alejandro from Alicea cleaning services sent Angela, his wife, to clean my home once a week for several weeks. Things started disappearing and then would reappear the following week, so I didn't say anything. Angela would not empty the vacuum cleaner and it ended up breaking, which I replaced at my expense. Then a bunch of plates, saucers and silverware went missing, along with some supplies for the pets. Absolutely no satisfactory answer was given. Did they break? No. Did you take them? Alex and his team did an amazing job with a deep clean on my 2 BR unit. There was dirt and grime in the appliances, cabinets, and elsewhere but they were completely removed by time the team was done. Their attention to detail is impeccable and Alex is great at communication - he sent pictures after he was done and it was always very easy to get a hold of him. I fully recommend Alicea Cleaning and I will definitely be using them, moving forward.Service: Deep clean
