My experience was very good though the time lag was not. Entering Pearl at 130 for a 2pm appt started ok with time to look at frames seemed fine. With few staff, 2 and a half hours later I was still waiting to complete my frame and lens order. The manager was extremely helpful and apologetic for the wait. It is understandable that the number of walk ins is unpredictable though it would be helpful to have someone extra for such instances.

As always, Dr. Sudol was wonderful. He patiently listens and interacts with you and makes you feel like "the center of the world" and not rushed. Over the years, his advice have been very valuabvle and, more importantly, the prescriptions he's written for me, totally accurate. The front desk as the EHG in Paramus, NJ is knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. I experienced a little bit of delay with my appointment but, that's something that can happen in any medical office. I highly recommend Dr. Sudol for your Optometry needs.

Had a good experience here. Everyone greeted me professionally and courteously. Eye exam was done on time, no delays. Optomitrist was courteous, professional and accurate. Will use this branch for my glasses and contacts needs.
