READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE!!!! If I could give -5 stars I would!

Where do I start…. I had my lashes done maybe 4-5 times here. The lash techs are very nice however trying to contact anyone in the store including a manager has been impossible.

After my most recent lash fill the lash tech told me I needed to stop getting my lashes done with them because my actual lashes were extremely damaged and almost all falling out. She said this was due to their BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS! She also proceeded to tell me the lash techs are not qualified to be doing the lash extensions which is why they have so many problems.

After this, I decided to reach out regarding what I was told and that I wanted to cancel my membership because my lashes are now damaged and I have to work to re-grow my now non existent lashes.

The receptionist then TEXTED ME not called me. Arguing with me saying “you have to get your lashes done every 2 weeks” and that “it is not possible for this to happen” etc… I looked back at my appointments and they were all 2 WEEKS APART. *side note… no one should be having issues like this after 4 sessions* the lash tech thought I’ve been coming in for much longer than that due to the damages.

The RECEPTIONIST then proceeded to tell me I could not cancel because I am locked in for 3 months EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED THE DAMAGES THEY WERE CAUSING TO MY LASHES…. Why the heck would I continue to go there after 1. One of their techs told me their products are terrible quality and 2. The damage they have put me through.

I told her I no longer wanted to speak with her and wanted a MANAGER to call me as any MANAGER should!!!!

No one has called me and this was 2 months ago…. I then happened to be looking at my credit card statement the beginning of this month AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!! Following this I called the store AGAIN asking for a manager to call me and here I am 2 weeks later still with no call from management!

I now have decided if I do not hear back within the week I will file against the company and get back not only them stealing from me by continuing to charge my credit card without being able to contact anyone and for the damages they have caused.

Moral of the story: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS INEXPENSIVE WHICH SEEMS TO BE WHY PEOPLE GO HERE BUT I CAN PROMISE YOU IT IS NOT WORTH IT!

You are better off going somewhere and spending more $$ with lashes that last 3 weeks and only needing to get them filled once a month!

Gauri did such a beautiful job! I came in wanting something natural, showed her a picture and she did it exactly the way I asked and was very fast! Highly recommend!

poor customer service, i had an appointment for 6 pm on a wednesday, they had to rechedule me, so i had an appointment for 6 pm on a friday at 4 pm on friday i get a call asking in a pushy way if i could get there now the stylist wanted to go home and they said if not they could reschedule me for sunday morning... that wasnt going to work my event that i wanted my lashes done for was on saturday. I came in at 5 30 instead of 6 to be as early as i could be to help the stylist out. the receptionish was rude when i got there. My lashes were falling out rapidly when i used the spooly to comb them. I did not get them wet for 28 hours and they were really falling out in the shower. The lash tech also had clamy hands on my face and i am now breaking out. was an all over horrible experience.

Great experience, got a full set 2 weeks ago. This was my first fill. This time went up to hybrid. Absolutely love them. Stylist Gianna explained everything listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. . Melissa at the front desk is a sweetheart. Definitely recommend.

This was not a great experience. The receptionist is not very friendly and rude. I had overall an okay experience. I booked an appointment for brow lamination and threading. I was called to move the timing of my appointment which I said okay to as long as I would be able to finish all my services by a certain. I came at the time they asked and took me 25mins later and could not accommodate the remaining services and I had to reschedule my appt. France’s work on my eyebrow were great but overall service was bad. I would not return.

Amirah did an amazing job with my lashes. She did exactly what I asked for and made sure I knew precisely what I wanted. She asked me questions to ensure the proper placement of the lashes. She made me feel really comfortable, and the results came out perfect!

8/26 edit: I only got these two days ago and a few lashes already fell out (I did my best not to have them come into contact with water). Receptionist was super sweet but I’m realizing that a lot of the reviews are based on straight out of the service (they ask you to write a review almost immediately) and not really allowing time to see if the lashes will last. Wanted to raise awareness since these are really expensive lashes and not worth the price if they don’t last more than 48 hours.

First time and i had a great experience with Frances. Sweet and professional and the space was super clean.

Francis was amazing - so happy with my first time.

Amazing experience here from beginning to end. Frances performed my lash lift and the results were beyond my expectation. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
