Ian and Jimmy are awesome. They're very responsive and have fixed my capacitor and chipmunk-chewed wires in the past and just recently helped me decide between replacing a broken fan motor on my 20+ year old unit or replacing the whole condenser itself. This past Saturday Jimmy showed up in the morning to diagnose, told me the fan motor is broken and that it would take until Monday or Tuesday to get the part. He called me back int he afternoon and said he found it but the cost but be higher than originally quoted because it was coming from a different supplier, the main supplier would have taken an extra week.
