We couldn't turn off a fan that was out of control, so this was an emergency repair. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and took care of the problem right away. After assessing the problem, he presented us with three options, which we were free to choose from before he left to purchase a new fan. He returned quickly and completed the installation for us. His work was neat and professional, and he explained how the fan worked to us. I'm very pleased with his work. I strongly recommend
