    I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had with Jackie and her team for my wedding! From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful. I had a party of 9 people, and they managed to keep everything on track and on time without any stress. We chose to have everything done at the salon, and I’m so glad we did. The salon itself had such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to get ready in. Jackie and her team went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt pampered and looked their best. If you're looking for a talented and professional team for your wedding day, I highly recommend this salon. I’m so thankful to them for making my wedding morning so smooth and enjoyable!

    I went to see Diana for a blowout, and it was amazing! She was so reassuring and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I was a little worried my long, heavier Asian hair wouldn’t hold the volume or curls, but the results were perfect — so much volume, and the big rollers honestly made the experience even more fun. I left feeling so confident and absolutely obsessed with how my hair turned out!

    Deanna was amazing!!! I had clip in silk extensions for my stepdaughter wedding and wavy curls…. Deanna helped blend the extensions and my own color seamlessly and my curls lasted all day and night through the extreme heat and all night dancing!!
    I received so many compliments. Thank you for making me look and feel so beautiful

    Oak and strand is fantastic. I've been a client there for 3 years and I have left each time with a great feeling. Deanna colors my hair and it's perfect every time. It's consistent and I'm always happy. She cuts my hair to match a picture I show her or she'll offer suggestions that match my look. Love her and even though I moved I'm willing to travel an hour to get there

    After being a loyal customer to Oak & Strand, I can honestly say their customer service is absolutely horrible.
    I scheduled an appointment online for June 13 and received confirmation. A few days later, I received an email that the appointment had been cancelled by the salon.
    On June 13, I received a text asking me to confirm. Confused, I called reception. I was told that the machine accidentally made an appointment for me on June 6, and that the staff had cancelled that one (because it was an error), and that's why I got a cancellation email. She said the machine makes mistakes often, and that I definitely wouldn't be charged for an appointment I was told was cancelled.
    An hour later, I received an angry voicemail from the manager, Sharon, saying that even though they had "accidentally made an appointment for me on June 6th" (her words verbatim) and then cancelled it, sending me with a cancellation email, I would be charged due to their cancellation policy.
    I called back and explained the situation to the receptionist, who agreed that it was ridiculous to charge me for a machine mistake. Of course I was aware of the cancellation policy, being a loyal customer. She said Sharon would call me back. She did not. I have disputed the charge.
    Petty and disappointing. Will definitely not be returning or recommending to others.
