we had an issue with our central air unit and called Vanguard, Jamie came out right away! he was super friendly informative and quoted us a good price as well as so quick to resolve the issue. he also educated us on future issues.

Contacted Vanguard due to sump not switching off. Problem was identified, and was an easy fix. Techs were professional, explaining everything, and friendly. I previously used Vanguard to install a backup battery on my sump pump, and highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my furnace; whereby, the unit would start up and then turn off after 3 minutes and of course this happened at the worst time when it was very cold. I tried to trouble shoot the possible issues to manage on my own but nothing worked and I dreaded trying to find someone I could trust and who would not charge a crazy amount during the holidays. After doing some research I spoke to Vanguard and I liked what I heard. They were able to send a tech over in less than 2 hours.
