I had a very good experience with Russ and his team. They worked very well together, and went above and beyond to ensure no short cuts were taken. Mike ran the job very professionally, and all the guys were great. I would highly recommend using them!
I would give these guys 15 stars if I could. Our pipe was close to 100 years old, on a busy main road and 11 plus feet deep. Nothing stopped Russ and the crew. These guys went above and beyond to assist and with all the obstacles they couldn’t control it was still a flawless job. Their pricing was beyond fair compared to some of the larger competitors. If you have an issue conte them and sit back and relax knowing it will be done right the first time.
Russ, Michael and his team are hard working and professional. They replaced our leaking main waterline underground in the front yard. They overcame all kinds of difficulties, had to dig up a new path (making a detour around a big tree) to install the new line, as the old water line is 5-6 feet deep and stuck in the concrete foundation which make it impossible to use the initially planned trenchless method. They didn’t ask for more money for that, their price is the best, even better than spot repairing charged by other companies. Michale kept me informed of what’s going on. And they give lifetime warranty, both material and labor! Highly recommend!
