If I could go back in time and stop myself from sitting in Veronica’s chair, I would. What I asked for was a simple layered cut — what I got looked like someone attacked my hair with kitchen scissors in the dark.
There was zero technique, zero understanding of shape, and zero care. My ends are jagged, uneven, and butchered beyond belief. I’ve had better haircuts at home in middle school.
And it didn’t stop there — she cranked the blow dryer to the highest setting without saying a word, and my hair was literally smoking. No heat protectant, no caution, no explanation. Then, without asking, she went straight in with a flat iron and just fried it. At that point, I didn’t even know what to say — I just sat there watching my hair be destroyed in real time.
I furious. I trusted her with something that affects how I carry myself every day, and now I’m spending money and time trying to fix the damage. This wasn’t just a bad haircut — it was a complete failure in professionalism, skill, and basic respect for a client’s hair. Please, for your sake, do not go to Veronica!!

I've been coming to Villalona Hair Salon for over 20 years, and every visit has been fantastic. My hair always looks fabulous and stays healthy, thanks to Raquedys. She always did an outstanding job. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, creating a genuinely positive atmosphere. I’ve noticed they also celebrate each other's work, which It's clear they have a great leader. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Have been going here for years and still get the same service and they very much take care of your hair. Both the owner and the ladies that work there are all amazing and very friendly. They even offer coffee and any food they have, so sweet.

I love this Salon! It’s funny how I always had Raquel do my hair and now my daughters are old enough to drive there on their own to have Her do their hair. She is Amazing!!

I absolutely love this salon and Raquel is indeed the BEST! I also highly recommend her hair products which I use exclusively because of all the great benefits to my hair.
