After listening to hour-long sales pitches from large corporate HVAC companies to replace our HVAC, Ken Alexander showed up. In 10 minutes he provided an estimate for a comparable system which was about $10,000 less than the estimates we received. In contrast to the other companies, there was no pressure sales pitch, just a conversation about our options. My wife calls him “a nice man” and a “straight shooter.” I call him a regular guy. Anyway, Ken gave us a very fair price and then sent out some great guys who did a great job. Couldn’t be happier with our new system. Highly recommend Alexander Plumbing!
Spencer was professional, kind, and prompt! He had our unit up and running in less than an hour and even went out of his way to help us in the middle of a heat wave during a holiday weekend.
I had a leak with my hot water heater and they were available and extremely responsive. Came that day and diagnosed the issue, let me know what needed to be done and we were able to schedule a replacement for within the week. Quick, clean work, kind, and informative.
