Alexander tech arrived within the expected timeframe. He was very professional ion his r\\assessment of our heating system. His assessment was there was no need to replace our furnace at this time. This was important because our previous HVAC contractor indicated we needed to replace the furnace before the winter. We expect to use Alexander going forward for our HVAC twice-yearly maintenance.

Needed to replace hot water heater, AC, furnace & lower air duct due to sewerage backup & flooding. Ron did a stellar job installing all HVAC & water heater; he built new lower duct from sheet metal to accommodate space allotment in furnace area of utility room. Every aspect of install was spot on. First time I have gotten a rave review from a city inspector. Highly recommend Ron of Alexander Plumbing.
