My doctor's appointment went great, my wait was quick check in went smoothly. Staff was on point as usual. The nurse that took my vitals was so sweet and polite. My wait for my doctor wasn't long at all. Five minutes after the nurse was done with me the doctor was calling me and I love my doctor she's always very good with me. I love my doctor's office.

The front desk staff are very unprofessional and disgusting. The attitude and lack of knowledge on the medical field is unacceptable especially if you work in the medical field I’m sure those girls do not have the proper certifications to be working there. Please hire nicer people who love their love and actually have knowledge on what they are doing, Not miserable people. When you call the front staff they will have a snotty response with you they don’t have the proper training with insurances or policies instead they will assume you are denying their request. This is the 2nd time. Mind you if you call back to ask to speak to a manager they won’t transfer you they’ll take down your information and will hang up in your face if they don’t get their way and what makes it worse I’m sure the manager will defend them. If you have a horrible staff running your business and more than 20 reviews on how DISGUSTING they are why do you keep them working there? Customer service-0. Please mothers and parents do not waste your time going to this office. RUN.

The receptionist was really nice, and Dr. Kumar was very informative. I had to wait a bit to see her, but I didn’t mind. The for most part were pleasant.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This has to be the worst hospital in this COUNTRY and if there’s one worst than this then we really need to rethink health care. I understand this hospital is not in the best neighborhood in New Jersey, but the way they treat patients is illegal. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE!! They misdiagnose patients here and give them the wrong treatments, the nurses are lazy and don’t clean or tend to their patients on top of that they’re so understaffed and then they abuse and treat their nurses so horrible that the nurses are taking on like 8 patients. Imagine ONE person having to take care of EIGHT PEOPLE. How can you possibly expect great care and attention to detail when you’re working these nurses to death. Who ever is in charge needs to go. I’m Personally looking into the chain of command here because they a wake up call here. It’s is worrisome that a place like this can be open and run the way it is on a daily basis. It’s sad because if this is the place closest to you and your life depends on it there is no other option but the absolute worst one which is Beth Newark hospital.

Kind. Knowledgeable. Professional. Thorough. Detailed. These words describe mine and my son's experience with every person at Newark Beth Israel Emergency Room. From security to triage nurse Clair (the BEST!) to emergency room doctors and nurses - to every single staff member who we engaged with, my son received excellent medical care with kindness, concern and knowledge. Yes, I sure recommend to go here if you are within 15-20 minutes from their location and have a true emergency.
