Skilled barbers like Bo, Khayree, and Kareem can fix bad haircuts and deliver custom styles with precision, making customers happy and eager to return.
Excellent customer service by Bruno. I took my son there for a haircut with another guy, but my son didn't express properly the hairstyle that he wanted. So it didn't turn out as we expected. We were back the next day with the picture of what he wanted, and Bruno replicated it perfectly at no extra charge, even though he was not the one that did the original haircut.
Cam was absolutely incredibleeeeeee. When I tell you my little guy HATES haircuts, and he already can’t wait to go back for his next. The level of patience, attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched! Thank you guys!!
Moving from New York it was super hard to find a barber who lived up to what i’m used to in NY. I had this shop saved as a place to try for my twins and i’m happy I did. My spirit led me to try Bruno, he had only 2 spots left, it was late but I took it and I wasn’t disappointed. He did a great job with the boys hair but I was even more impressed by how he interacted with them to keep them at ease the entire time. It definitely made my day I was having the worst day as I had my grandfather’s funeral the day before. I’m sure he was just being himself but I genuinely appreciated his kindness.
