Horizon tech (Grant) did a great job explaining things and was very polite and professional.
He was also very good in diagnosing and gave me options to replace certain parts.
However, I was not satisfied with Horizon’s pricing policy. While as an electrical contactor costs less than $50, and 15 minutes to install, they charged me nearly $400 for it. Total bill to replace two small parts was $640. This ‘gotta you’ pricing policy will not get you loyal customers! Something to think about Horizon!
On 9-3-2024, I called Horizon services for a new Bradford White 40gal water heater.
Jason Southard (technician) arrived early morning explaining the procedures as well as answering all my questions.
He removed the old water heater and installed the new one. He was extremely polite and professional. The installation looked amazing.
I would recommend Horizon Services also Jason Southard as tech.

The technician, Kevin, was polite, neat and thorough with my heat/air inspections. I've already signed up for my next inspection because I trusted him and will request him for the next time.
