We absolutely loved working with Jess from start to finish. Prior to working with Jess, we were worried we were going to end up living in a shack with the 2023 housing market we were facing. However, we are happy to say that we are currently writing this review from our forever home and it couldn't be further from a shack. Throughout the process Jess was incredibly thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and also used her brilliant personality and humor to make a stressful process actually enjoyable. I am so frustrated and upset with your company at the moment. We found a property and messaged your agent for 2 weeks with no response. Finally I called the office to get details and now the listing is application’s we’re do by yesterday. I even offered to pay more than the listing price. This is unacceptable business practice. Agent has a voicemail that’s full and can’t leave messages, doesn’t respond to emails or text. What’s going on here.
